2 Payments of $375
- First payment due to hold your date as a deposit.
- Second payment due before file delivery.

  • We will onboard you by signing a contract, submitting your first deposit, and holding your start date, 
  • 1-2 weeks before your design week, I will send you a HoneyBook Questionnaire and create a custom roadmap for your customer experience.

pre-design:

  • During your design time, I will start on your email templates and submit for approval.
  • Once approved, I will work on your design files and submit for approval.
  • Once approved, I will implement the workflow process and test it until ready to deliver!

Design:

  • I will begin writing your custom email templates and submitting for approval.
  • I will then design the custom smart files, such as proposals, questionnaires, and more.
  • I will make any revisions and then prepare for the workflow!

Week one:

  • I will create the contact form to start the automated workflow.
  • Then, start on the workflow that we decided on for the customer roadmap. Then, test it!
  • Once ready, I will deliver your final product and tutorial!

Please note you will need a HoneyBook subscription in order to receive your service! I will need to log in to work on the emails, smart files, and workflow.

I recommend using your previous proposals, questionnaires, and service and pricing guides for the copy on your new HoneyBook files. I do need some copy to complete this service.

Please ensure you have your own contract if you want to use a contract in your proposal files, I do not provide one.
