- We will onboard you by signing a contract and having our discovery call.
- I will ask you to add me to your Canva account, as well as your project management tools or communication platform, if you have any.
onboarding:
- Submit requests to me throughout each week and I will keep task of the time I have spent completing the tasks. At the end of each week, I will update you with how much time you have left for the month.
Design:
- We will onboard you by signing a contract and having our discovery call.
- I will ask you to add me to your Canva account, as well as your project management tools or communication platform, if you have any.

- Designing is exhausting! I understand why you outsource it. I am here to help! Sometimes you get a grand idea at 8pm, but have no time to execute it. This is where I can help.
- My design retainers get priority in my design task backlog! I usually will have tasks completed in 48-72 hours.

I will rollover 1 hour to the next month. That hour cannot be rolled over again! I can always re-evaluate your package every few months! I also can create a list of things that I can do to use up your hours effectively!

I can try, but it will mostly depend on revisions and the project! Here are some estimates of what I can do in an hour: I can typically design 5 e-book pages or 2-3 social media carousels.
can you provide a time estimate for my project?
do i have to provide content?
For e-books, pricing guides, brochures, or slide decks, you must provide content! It can be in a word document!
For social media posts, content ideas work fine. Then, I can build off of those.
For design retainers, I try to have all tasks finished within 2-3 business days. For hourly projects, I try to have all tasks finished within a business week.
